TheatersGoing to the theatre is a good way to experience another part of the Spanish culture. In Malaga the Cervantes theatre is the most famous. Among actors who started their career in theatre Cervantes can be mentioned Antonio Banderos. Cervantes is located on the street Ramos Marin.
Cinemas
If you are here in Spain to learn Spanish the Cinema is good option. All movies are translated into Spanish, which at the beginning can be annoying but definitely will help foreigners to improve their Spanish. Cinemas can be found all over Malaga, in all the commercial centers and in city center.
Attraction Parks
In and around Malaga there are several attraction parks which can be worth a visit. For people interested in sharks and marine live there is the aquarium park in Puerto Banus (Tel: 95 281 87 67) or if you are more to crocodiles there is the crocodile park in Guadalhorce with more than 200 crocodiles.
During the summer the Aquapark in Torremolinos (tel. 95 238 88 88) can be an interesting alternative to going to the beach.
In Malaga you can also find activities for people more interested in speed and adrenalin. There is the Go-Cart club Karting Malaga (tel. 95 258 17 04) or the Tivoli Park in Arroyo de la Miel.
Spanish Entertainment
When travelling to Andalucia it can be highly recommended to see one of the classic flamenco shows. The Flamenco music and dance has its origins within the gipsy population in Andalucia and all over the region there are shows of a high quality. In Malaga town you can find the flamenco club Vista Andalucia on Av. Guindos, 29.
Other
If you just want to go out and have fun or a friendly competition you can always find bowling, dart or pool in several places in Malaga. For people interested in gambling you can find bingo's and smaller gambling halls throughout Malaga capital and province and a real Casinos in Torremolinas and Marbella.
