Student Accommodation in Malaga

Are you coming to Malaga to study and are looking for an affordable place to live?

All the apartments are fully furnished and the kitchens are all equipped with refrigerator and cooker. All flats have an independent living room with dinning space and a TV and the rooms will all have a bed, closet and normally a small study table and chair.

As it is possible to see from the photos of the different apartments most student flats are not luxury furnished but are very suitable if you are looking for a cheap place to live and will like to live with other students.

All the student flats available are located in the area of Malaga called El Palo/Pedregalejo which is where the Spanish courses at the University of Malaga is located and most of the private Spanish schools. This area is located about 15min by bus from Malaga Centre.

As you can see from the price table below it is possible to book an individual room or a shared room where you will be sharing a double room with another student.

Costs for electricity, water and gas are not included in the above prices and is approximately 25Eur per month for a single room and 20Eur each for a double room.
You will have to pay one months rent in deposit which you will get back when you leave the flat/room in the same condition as upon arrival.
