This is an entire block of approx 80 studio and one-bed room apartments (there are only 8 studios so the are difficult to get). The apartments are located in the perfect location of Malaga within 2 min. walk from the beach in la Malagueta and 5-10 min. walk from the old part of the Malaga centre and just next to the harbour.
The apartments consists of a separate bedroom with either two single beds or a double bed, a living room with dinning space area, sofas and an open kitchen, a private bathroom and some apartments also have a big terrace with views to the harbour.
The studios are like the apartments only with the bedroom and living room in one.
Conditions: Prices do include electricity and water but not the registration fee of 80Eur.
